So often new home buyers mistakenly think that they are doing themselves a favor by going to a New Home Builder without being represented by a real estate agent who specializes in New Home Builder sales.
I just HATE to use this comparison, but NOT using a Realtor when buying a new home… is almost like NOT having an attorney when you have to go to court.
But… attorneys need to be paid… by YOU. As a New Home Sales Agent… I am paid by the builder… so there’s no fee for you to pay… none !
And… builders will charge you the same price both with a Realtor, or without one. So… why not be represented ? Having someone whose only duty is to look out for your best interests… is a great idea… especially when that service is free.
And most times… when you use a Realtor to purchase a new home… not only is that service free… but often-times… you, the buyer, actually MAKE money when you use a Realtor to represent you.
